The time is here, new CSA 2010 with implementation begins November 30, 2010. December 5th is the day Federal Motor Carrier plans to switch off Safe Stat and turn on the Carrier Safety Measurement System (SMS) for public view.

Each motor carrier/trucker with a DOT # needs to become involved in the evaluation of risk areas they may be exposed to and not wait for the intervention letter or visit.
